The General Assembly will require a minimum of six weeks' notice of cancellation for a refund to be made. Refunds can only be made on accommodation. It is your responsibility to arrange insurance if you wish to have it.
** Tea - Sun 17th April There will be tea and cakes available at the Brangwyn Hall between the singing festival and the anniversary service. However the cost of this is not included in the conference fee and so cash is required.
*** Donations There are many people who the General Assembly sponsor to come to the Unitarian Meetings. We ask these people particularly to consider giving a donation towards the cost of allowing them to attend.
# Non-Resident Fee If you do not book bed and breakfast, there is a £15 non-resident fee from the University.
## Gift-Aid The General Assembly can claim gift aid on any donations. If you are a UK pay tax payer please tick this box.
