Unitarian Online Forums
Unitarians in Britain has a good presence on the websites listed below. Some of the more active members of these groups live too far away to get to a place of worship and they find these sites a great way to keep in touch with other Unitarians.
National Unitarian Fellowship (NUF)
www.nufonline.org.uk is a nationwide network, for the exchange of ideas, opinions and news; a point of contact for all with similar ideas whether they belong to a church or not and is, perhaps, especially attractive to those who live in remote areas, are on the move or who work on Sundays. |
On www.facebook.com you will find a strong and active group called Uk Unitarians. There are well over 250 members and some lively discussions take place. Once on facebook, type in UK Unitarians in the search field or go to www.facebook.com/#!/groups/5434252796 |
UKspirituality
www.ukspirituality.org brings together the high quality spirituality programmes offered by Unitarian congregations and other qualified leaders in a single online resource. Its website and a weekly email newsletter allow anyone with access to the internet to find the spirituality programmes, groups, classes, and events they are seeking. Founded as a London-based organisation in 2007, UKspirituality is now expanding to become a source of inclusive spirituality programming throughout the UK. |
Flickr
www.flickr.com/groups/unitarians is a small new group who like swapping photographs. |
Youtube
Once on www.youtube.co.uk a search for UkUnitarians will list the videos generated by some of our congregations. You will also find some great material from the Unitarian Universalists (American Unitarians). |
