Youth Programme

We have a treasure trove of youth activities in store up and down the country for 3
main age groups: Junior Weekends - for ages 7-11, Inter Weekends - for ages 11-14
and Senior Weekends - for ages 14-17.
Our weekends usually take place at the
Nightingale Centre, an inspiring and very comfortable venue in the heart of the
Derbyshire Peak District. Our popular weekends offer a huge range of activities
including art and craft, walking, drama, discussion, free time to meet others and
explore, and circle time - when we share how we are feeling and light a candle of
friendship.
We also have Blah Weekends for the 7-14 age group - this year the Blah Weekend
took place
at Alfriston Youth Hostel on the South Downs.
We also run Uni-Kids and Uni-Teenz Fundays across London and the South. Please contact the Youth Coordinator for more details.

Youth Events
28th – 30th Jun |  Bridging Weekend (16-21 year olds) Bring a pair of comfy shoes, walking boots, waterproof coat, warm clothes, sleeping bag (no sheets provided in the barn), towel, small day pack or rucksack, hat, sun cream and water bottle (the barn can be cold at nights and weather wise during the day we need to expect anything from heat wave temperatures to monsoon style rains). How we use our time together will be decided by all the participants who come along – there is no timetable. We may decide to go walking so bring boots and waterproofs. Meals will be cooked by all of us in the kitchen – food is included in the price of the weekend. The weekend is being shared by members of Buyan – the organization for 18–35 year olds – they will mainly be camping.
