Why Consistent Identity?

Noticeboard In today´s environment churches need to be noticed in the communities they serve. A clear and consistently presented image can provide a distinct advantage. It is especially important to communicate a clear and concise message about the Church's character and purpose to inspire existing members and to encourage newcomers.

How to use Consistent Identity?

In today's world images are important. The reality of the 21st century is that the a consistent image helps the public to identify us. So a number of images have been produced for you to use for publicity. Noticeboard

What can we do?

Looking around and consider how consistent images helps businesses and non-commercial organisations become easily recognised. Brand awareness is very powerful.

Think about is your noticeboard. What does it say about your Church? What message does it give?

What help is available?

You are invited to apply for a grant of up to £250 to update your noticeboard.

What is required?

The grant is intended to support congregations seeking funding to update noticeboards, according to Consistent Identity guidelines. When awarding grants, we are aware of the restrictions relating to listed buildings and conservation areas. To qualify for funding, noticeboards should where possible:-

  • feature a new chalice chosen from the consistent identity range.
  • include a colour from the consistent identity palette.
  • make use of the font scheme recommended in the Consistent Identity guidelines.

How to apply?

Applications should be submitted prior to work being undertaken. Funding is not guaranteed.
