Image Library

Headquarters runs an Image Library for Unitarians involved in publicity and promotional publications. This includes congregational publicity officers and newsletter editors. Images can also be made available to the media for articles about Unitarianism.

Currently there are 7726 images available. Images are of Unitarian events, buildings and people, as well some stock 'concept' images which may be useful for specific articles.

Anyone who feels that the images might be useful can apply for access. Such users can search the database for images and if there is one they would like to use, the webpage will generate an email request for the specific image. Those who use the library on a very regular basis are given an access code to enable them to download the images directly.

To apply for library access please contact the IT Officer at it@unitarian.org.uk

New Images

We are grateful for new images to add to the library.

The aim is to produce a resource and an historic archive so older images are most welcome. Images should be 2000 pixels or more on their long side and only lightly compressed. Along with the image, please submit the photographer's name, location, date and the event. Also submit the names of any predominant people in the image and ensure they know the picture may be used for Unitarian publicity. If you have many images, it may be easier to send a CD to Unitarian Headquarters.
