Inter weekend is a time for exploration, understanding and reflection. Participants investigate a variety of topics in a range of creative ways.

Activities can include art, crafts, drama, games, creative writing and local walks. A safe and trusting bond is created between all involved during the weekends.

The group always enjoys welcoming new people and great friendships are forged between all members of the group.

Inter and Senior weekends meet together at the Nightingale Centre, in March and November, whilst running their own individual programmes. The event runs from 18:00 Friday to 14:00 on the Sunday.

Inter Weekend generally consists of the following:

• Getting to know you games
• Walk or Trip and follow up activities
• Carousel of art, drama, creative writing and a mystery session
• Whole group theme session
• Late night activity - quiz night, games night, party etc
• Bubble Time – a small group session focusing on personal exploration and sharing, usually in age related groups
• Epilogue – late night, time for quiet reflection
• Chapel
• Visit to 'The Trough'
• Closing games and feedback
