Kundalini Yoga Meditation

You are warmly invited to join the next Findhorn Unitarian Network meditation session: an introduction to Kundalini Yoga meditation techniques using pranayama (breath), mudra (hand postures) and mantra (chanting), presented by ministry student Laura Dobson.
The meditation will be offered twice: Saturday 20 February at 10am and Tuesday 23 February at 9.30am.
