New Unitarian fellowship in Aberdeenshire

12 May 2021

The Deeside and Donside Unitarian Fellowship has recently been formed in Aberdeenshire by a small, core group: Kate Cowie, Caroline Cormack, Brenda Rafferty and Cath McKay.

They are planning reflective gatherings most months of the year, beginning in June if Covid rules allow for this, which will relate to the changing seasons of the earth, festivals from world religions and wider human-heritage days.  The gatherings will include meditation, readings, discussion, silence and music and will positively encourage group participation.  Their 2021 Calender of Themes’ is Hope (June), Gathering In (September), Remembering Loved Ones (October), Storytelling: the Wisdom of Others (November) and Holding the Light and the Dark (December).
