Whether you’re curious or confused about our free-thinking and inclusive movement, you are welcome here.
You’re welcome whoever you are or however you are.
Below, you will find a few of our regular sessions, gatherings and events that are particularly accessible for people encountering us for the first time.
They each offer an opportunity for connection, depth, and spiritual exploration, and will give you a sense of how Unitarians gather, our values, and our sense of community.
A bit about us…
Explore spirituality with freedom, guided by conscience and love.
We are a faith without creed or dogma, inviting people to explore their spiritual path in community. Our members and ministers include Christians, Humanists, agnostics, pagans, spiritual seekers, Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jews, and plenty of those who prefer not to have a label.
We build strong, inclusive communities that honour diversity.
We celebrate each person, completely as they are. Their unique identity—worldview, heritage, gender, sexuality and (dis)ability—forms a vital part of our community.
Rooted in radical dissent and inquiry, we question and evolve.
Our forebears stood up to do faith differently, and we do the same today. Our practice, drawing from the dissenting Christian tradition, means we keep discerning what is wise and true, and allow ourselves to change.
Join us in shaping a more just and loving future for all.
We take collective action towards a better world for all, serving the global interconnectedness of life and our local communities.
You are welcome here.
As an open-minded spiritual movement, we host spaces for connection, reflection and meditation across the country and online.
Try one of our 150 congregations across the country, or read on for how to join our online groups – from our NUBI space for real first-timers, to Heart & Soul contemplative drop-in gatherings, to our Soul Deep eight-week course for exploring your spiritual life with other curious souls.
