Would you like to find out about how Westgate Unitarian Chapel in Wakefield is developing new and creative ways to build links with their local community? Cone along and hear their story; and enjoy the opportunity to find inspiration and practical ideas for new projects you can try yourself.
You are warmly invited to a Congregations in the Community online workshop on Monday 18th July at 7pm to hear the story of Westgate Chapel and meet Sarah Cobham, the new Community and Heritage Engagement Project Lead. Sarah writes: “here at Westgate Chapel we have galvanised the good will of the local community by asking them what they want from the space in its entirety. Through our strong partnership with Dream Time Creative, a local visionary arts company, we now offer creative, cultural, garden- based activities that ignite the imagination and engage the senses.“
